About this experience

Whether you're a wine society, hen party or simply a group of friends who love wine and want to discover an English vineyard, we'll raise a glass with you.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from Easter to September we can offer groups private guided tours of the vineyard and winery, followed by a tasting of our award winning still and sparkling in the wine lodge, with an option to add platters and picnics made from local seasonal produce for lunch.

We begin with tea, coffee and homemade cakes as you take in our stunning views of the South Downs. You will then go on a beautiful, informative walk through the vines, wild flowers and down to the lakeside to meet the alpacas, with a tasting and stops along the way to learn about the growing year, our four different trellising systems and terroir (with lots of opportunities for photos too!).

Heading to the winery for a refreshing glass, we then look at each step of the wine making process, from pressing to fermentation, bottling to disgorge, including the tank room and barrel room. Then we return to the wine lodge for a tutored tasting and discussion on both sparkling and still wines.

The tour and tasting will start from 1:30pm and last approximately 3 hours. You are welcome to stay afterwards to enjoy our beautiful vineyard.
