Summer 2022 Tours & Tastings
Book a Vineyard Tour & Tasting at Nutbourne
This Summer we will again be hosting our hugely popular guided Vineyard Tours and Tastings.
The tours are led by either Peter, the vineyard co-owner or Robin, our Cellar Manager.
They will share their extensive knowledge and enthusiasm with you.
We begin by gathering around the historic windmill for tea, coffee and Bridget’s home-made cakes,
with stunning views of the South Downs. You will then be taken on a beautiful, informative walk through the vines, wild flowers and down to the lakeside to meet the alpacas, with stops along the way for anecdotes, chat and photographs.
We return to the winery for a refreshing glass of something delicious,
where each step of the wine making process will be explained.
Finally we move to the Wine Lodge amongst the vines for a tutored tasting and discussion on a range of Nutbourne’s award-winning sparkling and still wines.
The tour and tasting will last approximately 2 hours but you are welcome to stay afterwards to enjoy more wine and relax.

Saturdays 11am for 11:30am start
May 7th, 21st, June 11th, 25th, July 9th, 23rd, August 20th, September 10th, 17th
Saturdays 2pm for 2:30pm start
May 14th, 28th, July 2nd, 16th, 30th, August 13th
Fridays 5pm for 5:30pm start
July 8th, 22nd, August 19th, September 9th
Thursday 5pm for 5:30pm start

Allow 2 hours for the experience and arrive at 11am for the 11:30am tours, 2pm for the 2:30pm tours and 5pm for the 5:30pm tours. Bring suitable footwear and warm clothes or waterproofs for if the weather is not good.

You can also purchase a voucher for a tour and tasting as a gift. We offer delicious picnics made from local seasonal produce at the cellar door so you can make it a day of it at the vineyard.
