Pre-Order our Saddle Back Pork Tasting Box

This week Gladwin Farming will be butchering traditional Saddle Back pigs
for the Gladwin Brothers restaurants and customers.
A limited number of Tasting Boxes will be available for collection fresh from the cellar door
at Nutbourne Vineyards from Saturday 22nd. We are now taking pre-orders by phone and email.

Each £115 box will include a range of cuts and joints for roasting, grilling and feasting:

2 x Rolled Roasting Joints (1.5-2kg each)
1 x Rolled Loin (1-1.5kg)
1 x Bone-In Blade Roasting Joint (1-1.5kg)
8 x Spare Rib Chops
4 x Rump Steaks
12 x Pork Sausages
12 x Pork, Sage & Thyme Sausages

All our pork comes from our family-run farm, where we specialise in traditional breeds.
They are reared outdoors, which is where the pigs like to be.
We also rear them to a proper age, so the meat has a more substantial texture and deeper flavour.
