Peter Gladwin’s New Cookbook

With five decades of experience in catering for high-society events, including state banquets
for the royal family, Peter Gladwin knows a thing or two about putting together a great menu.

Here, the chef and restauranteur shares an array of his own gastronomic delights
alongside a host of delicious recipes submitted by notable figures and chefs.
It is also a compendium of the City’s foods and traditions, as Peter shares stories of London, menus he’s created,
and anecdotes that divulge the secrets of the great kitchens and banquets in the Square Mile,
giving the reader a rare and entertaining view behind the green baize door.
In aid of the Lord Mayor’s Charity Appeal, the cookbook features a foreword
from the former Lord Mayor, Peter Estlin, and his own favourite recipe for Treacle Tart.
