New Tour & Tasting Dates

Two New Dates in our Tour Calendar

Due to popular demand we’ve added two new dates to our tour calendar:
Saturday 18th June and Saturday 27th August, with tours starting at 2:30pm.

The tours of the vineyard an winery are led by either Peter Gladwin, the vineyard co-owner or Robin, our Cellar Manager.
They will share their extensive knowledge and enthusiasm with you.

We begin by gathering around the historic windmill for tea, coffee and Bridget Gladwin’s home-made cakes,
with stunning views of the South Downs. You will then be taken on a beautiful, informative walk through the vines, wild flowers and down to the lakeside to meet the alpacas, with stops along the way for anecdotes, chat and photographs.
We return to the winery for a refreshing glass of something delicious,
where each step of the wine making process will be explained.

Finally we move to the Wine Lodge amongst the vines for a tutored tasting and discussion on a range of Nutbourne’s award-winning sparkling and still wines.

The tour and tasting will last approximately 2 hours but you are welcome to stay afterwards to enjoy more wine and relax.

Allow 2 hours for the experience and arrive at 2pm for the 2:30pm tours.
