New Release: Ten.Five

We’ve just released a limited edition of Ten.Five, a lighter still white wine
fermented to just 10.5% alcohol, with no chaptalisation or added sugar.

This dry wine is fresh, delicate and tangy, with hints of lychee and herbaceous notes.
It’s made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the 2018 vintage.

The painting by Bridget Gladwin that is featured on the label was done at the top of the South Downs
and captures the vibrant colours of the landscapes just before dusk.

Try Ten.Five with tomato, avocado and mozzarella, delicate peached skate or sole,
courgette flowers or rhubarb pannacotta.
