a fabulous vintage sparkling rosé wine made from 100% Pinot Noir.
It’s a complex dry wine with balanced fruit, fine mousse
and a delicious biscuity vintage finish.

it pairs perfectly with smoked salmon for a Sunday brunch.
We think it also goes rather well with a bespoke bouquet
