Harvest 2020 Report
This year the good summer weather rewarded us with a wonderful, early grape harvest
– not huge in quantity but the ripe clean fruit is full of flavour and potential.
We will once again be producing a still red wine from our Pinot Noir,
as in 2014 and 2018 when the sugar levels were good enough.
We will also be producing a single varietal from our old vine Bacchus grapes.
Visitors who joined our tours with tastings after harvest were given the chance to try tank samples,
a rare opportunity to taste fresh alongside finished wines from previous vintages.
We would like to thank all the locals who took part in picking and
look forward to sharing the wines from this classic vintage with you.
